Tiger Estates is a new community conveniently situated close to UofM that is composed of limited single-family homes and townhomes, all included with 4bd/4ba private suites in each home.

The property is located at 3875 Spottswood Avenue in Memphis, TN 38111. The property is across the street from the University of Memphis Alumni Association.

Please call for pricing and for updates as to what is/is not included with your monthly rent.  We do require renter’s insurance which can be purchased through our portal for $13/mo or through a third-party insurance company.

Parking for the single-family home residents includes driveway parking or gated parking for an additional fee. Townhome residents may park behind the gate for an additional fee. Please call for pricing. There is off-street parking along Spottswood and surrounding streets, however, it is not guaranteed that you will find space.

No. With the new addition of the pedestrian bridge (which is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2019) students can access the Southern or Northern part of the Memphis campus with a 5 – 20 minute walk.

With everything in life, there can be pros and cons to living with others. We have designed these units with some of these challenges in mind. For instance, all homes have a designated cabinetry system in the kitchen so housemates can have their own private food storage area along with communal cabinetry elsewhere in the kitchen. Each room will have its own thermostat and corresponding temperature control. The bedrooms are extra-large/spacious so that each student can have a private sanctuary of their own. Each tenant will have their own master bathroom. We place tenants that we believe will be a good match for one another based on lifestyle preferences and values. While these items will not eliminate all challenges, they should help to mitigate them.

While each home does come pre-furnished, there may be some space to add your own furniture to the living environment. You are allowed to add your own furniture, but please know that any damage caused by moving furniture will be taken out of the security deposit.
